About Magdalena Meredith
I’m a qualified Osteopath (2019, London School of Osteopathy) and a sports massage therapist (since 2015), combining both skills to provide tailored, holistic treatments. I have worked in private clinics in London and Trowbridge, supporting athletes, busy professionals, older adults, and those managing chronic pain. I eventually opened my own clinic in Winsley, serving the local community and surrounding villages.
I specialise in hands-on, personalised musculoskeletal care. My approach is holistic, focusing on restoring balance, easing tension, and to support long-term wellbeing I incorporate rehabilitation exercises and advice to prevent re-injury and promote lasting recovery.
Every treatment is tailored to each patient’s needs, combining hands-on techniques with guidance and exercises to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence. My goal is not just to relieve pain, but to support lasting improvements in your health and wellbeing.
I'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council (10404) and a member of the Balens society.
When I’m not treating patients, I love spending time with my family. Our favourite activities are cooking together and taking walks with our dog in the woodlands near our home.
